This year, like every year, the SuperBowl attracted sports fans all over the country. Celebrities also got tickets for the great game and rang the bell at the Stadium’s Gate. Blending in the crowd or posing on the red carpet, a whole range of celebrities were present on the Stadium to encourage their favorite team.
On the Crowded Sideline
Former NFL player Michael Strahan flashed out his lovely mid-line while he smiled at some of his colleagues on the sidelines. Later on, he shake hands with Aaron Paul.
On the sideline, before the game started, was spotted Patrick Monahan, the lead singer of the rock band Train.
Queen Latifah enjoyed a selfie on the Stadium and you can probably find it on her social media account by now. The singer showed the audience what she’s made of by performing “America the Beautiful” before the game.
The national anthem was sung by Opera singer Renee Fleming.
Musician Harry Connick Jr. was spotted in the crowd and Red Hot Chili Peppers performed during the halftime show of the NFL Super Bowl XLVIII football game between the Seattle Seahawks and the Denver Broncos.
Bruno Mars was an awesome musical presence as always.
On the Red Carpet
SuperBowl Game has a red carpet, where celebrities made a short stop and pose for magazines, even if there are no exquisite gowns to show off.
Director Spike Lee was present on the red carpet. Picabo Street and Michelle Kwan also walked on the red carpet while Kevin Bacon posed on the red carpet in a black outfit for everyone to guess which team he is supporting.
Fashion model Hilary Rhoda stroke a pose in her elegant clothes and Andy Samberg, Katie Couric, and Terry Crews had fun together before the game.
Denis Leary, Jennifer Garner and Kevin Costner, or two great actors posing as tough guys with one big-smile Jenny in between, made an all in black trio.
Former New York Jets quarterback Joe Namath posed with his daughter Jessica before the game. Afterwards, he performed the traditional coin toss.
The celebrity-tour at the SuperBowl with Charles Tillman who won the Walter Payton NFL Player of Year trophy prior to the game.
Thinking of all the fun, music, entertainment and the adrenaline-filled game this year’s SuperBowl was a completely fascinating show. Who knows… with so many celebrity fans, the SuperBowl might turn into a real red carpet event in the years to come.
