The Best Romance Movies to Expect in 2011
The romance movies are the next bestsellers after Sci-fi so it comes as no surprise that the large majority of them launching in 2011 are already seen as blockbusters.
Ladies and gents, buckle up for a romantic ride. Here are the best you should look for this year:
No Strings Attached

You may have already seen it but if you are on a lookout for a funny heartwarming romance to rent on Friday evening the story between to people falling in love because of random sex is something you should enjoy.
Jane Eyre

The remake of a classic on a more frightening tone gets us a more daring Jane and a sexier Mr. Rochester.
Beastly

And they went on and made the most beloved Disney into a movie…Set in the modern time with a cast made of young and hot hopes of Hollywood, this beauty & beast is too corny not to be loved.
Bradley and Rene – Another Star Romance Bites the Dust
We seem to love the famous beautiful people more than they love themselves or one another for that matter.
The debut of 2011 has not proved to be a lucky time for many famous couples. After Justin and Jessica calling it over, it seems that the match made to last between Bradley Cooper and Rene Zellweger is also at the end.

The two were sure in love and after two years of dating people were expecting a proposal from the A-team/Hangover hunk. It seems that the pretty blonde grew tired of waiting.
The socialite grind spoke of them growing apart from one another and simply not having much to talk about.
We know Bradley has been working hard lately, being on the road a lot promoting “Limitless”. Rene is surely not the girl to stay home and wait and maybe her relationship history taught her that if something is not made to last, it is pointless to be continued.
4 Irish Movie Typologies We Love
St Patrick’s Day is certainly the most famous Irish Holiday. The green land of Ireland and its traditions were brought to the American shores and with them the myth of the typical Irishman. Smart, feisty, enjoying life and of course very much catholic the type was represented in the movies creating very charismatic characters.
1. Jack Donaghy – 30’s Rock

The corporate wolf, with a seductive smile and a small stress eating disorder, Jack is not only funny but also completely annoying. Good thing that in the end of every episode he says something we love.
2. Priest Vallon – Gangs of New York

He is the very substance of the typical Irish warrior ready to rise a rebellion and kill in the name of the church and for the sake of his” flock”. More of a fighter than any man of God, this son of Erin would certainly make you think twice before crossing him.
Justin and Jessica – No Longer an Item
This seems to be the end of the road for the much discussed Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake’s rocky romance. The couple has been dating (on and off) for over four years now and this may be the final call.

There are conflicting reports about the break-up and two completely different versions are spread all over the media. There have been reports that claim that the couple decided to part ways mutually and that there were no hard feelings between the two.
On the other hand some others have claimed that Justin broke up with Jessica leaving her devastated. The break up is supposed to have been done over the phone which is neither mature, nor gentleman like of Justin.

Celebrity Babes Playing Fairytale Heroines
We love fairytales and so does Hollywood. Lately, the trend has made itself felt and the Grimm Brothers’ work became an inspiration for the movie world.
Do you remember “Ever After” and “Star Dust”? We saw there Drew Barrymore playing a soft Cinderella and Claire Danes in the cutest posture of a charming falling star.

Do you think they were hot? How about “Ella Enchanted” and Anne Hathaway doing a musical so funny and so sweet that grownups wanted to be kids again.
We have to mention “Enchanted” with so much Disney in it that only Amy Adams made it better with her natural charm and seductive smile playing the Giselle of a modern world romance.

With Amanda Seyfried playing an older, sexier, more gothic Red Riding Hood, the fairytale inspiration started to call for grownup fairytales. Thus there is no wonder that Kristen Stuart is going to play an alternative Snow White. Do you wonder who will play the Prince?
Charlie Sheen Getting the Boot and Waiting for Better
Charlie Sheen was shown the door from the very popular sitcom Two and a Half Men. So, does this mean that he has fallen on bad days or looking at leaner paychecks?
Far from it. It seems that the media can’t have enough of him and his ranting interviews are proving to be TRP gold mines for the channels.
He has been bad mouthing his bosses and all the while sounding incoherent as if he was high. The questions of substance abuse and even mental disorder have been raised too.
All this doesn’t seem to have affected his popularity. He is now being paid an undisclosed sum (the highest ever, if rumors are to be believed) for his tweets. The sponsors, Internship.com, were definitely happy as they received 160,000 hits and more.
Where Do Celebrities Spend Their Spring Break 2011?
Spring break is the occasion young and old wait for to have the first getaway of the New Year. Celebrities have their very own vacationing style so it comes as no surprise that all of them are planning something special for this spring break.

MTV plans to take the fun of Jersey Shore to Panama beach for the delight of the fans ready to have a blast. Young and restless American bands will rock the spring break and the fun will make a vacation to remember.
If the large majority of young people are looking forward to have a blast in Cancun, the celebs we love and admire plan some rather more classy getaways.
Mariah Carey and Fergie are proving classy going to St.Barts for a laid back, light kind of vacation.
Celebrities Do Disney for Theme Parks Advertisement
“What dreams may come?” gets a whole new meaning under the photographic genius of Annie Leibovitz.
Disney is about to launch a publicity campaigns meant to compliment the brand and get the public like even more the Disney Parks of the world.
So many celebrities took on the challenge to appear as heroes and villains inside the campaign and here are some of the most picturesque creations of Annie involving the famous people we know and love.
Queen Latifah – Ursula the Sea Witch

You normally see her as a funny bad ass, cute and quite inspiring. Still playing Ursula, the wicked Nemesis of Ariel showed a new side of hers.
Julianne Moore – Ariel

The amazing red hair of Julianne Moore proved to be just right for posing as the mermaid princess. With Michael Phelps playing a hot merman who would not radiate inside the blue waters?
Top 5 Bond Girl Themes of the Screen
1. The exotic – Wai Lin “Tomorrow never dies”

Exotic and dangerous – These are the two descriptions of Wai Lin, the heroine from Tomorrow Never Dies. The actress Michelle Yeoh was the most adequate choice for the role, for Bond needed just a girl like her to partner with on the big screen.
2. The sophisticated – Vesper Lynd “Casino Royale”

Eva Green’s role in Casino Royale has really made her famous. The Bond girl that looks more sophisticated than ever was the right choice of the producers. Nowadays Eva Green is one of the most desirable women in Hollywood.
3. The naughty – Pussy Galore “Gold finger”

When Pussy Galore said to Bond that he can turn off the charm, for she is immune, Bond remained speechless for the rest of the movie. Maybe that’s why the actress Honor Blackman is still known as one of the most spectacular Bond girls.
The Oscars Brought No Surprise This Year
The Oscars were no surprise this year. As we expected, the prestigious film event was glamorous, lavish, but yet a bit boring, when it comes to movies. According to the experts, this year the Oscars didn’t show any movie competition.

Maybe that’s why the King’s Speech was the biggest winner of the event. As the genius Spielberg said it, the Citizen Cain didn’t receive any Academy award, but the King’s Speech did.
The movie received four awards at the 83rd ceremony of the Oscars. The British film, a historical drama about King George VI, was crowned in four categories, including best picture, best actor, best director and best movie. Colin Firth, who played in the movie finally took his first Oscar for best actor.

The film was also awarded for best original screenplay. Tom Hooper took the statuette for best director for The King’s Speech.
