Jackson Burial To Cost Nearly $150,000
Reports have stated that the funeral and cemetery burial for deceased pop idol Michael Jackson will cost nearly $150,000. Originally the Jackson family had intended a service and burial costing around $50,000 however when they changed the day to a weekday the cost to hire police and security tripled.
Of the original price of the funeral and burial, 90% or $45,000 would have gone to police, security and perimeter control all handling crowd control and issues accompanying street closures.
Regarding the actually cemetery, it has been made apparent by police and Sergeant Tom Lorenz that it will be completely inaccessible by land and air. There will be helicopters for security purposes in the air above the cemetery as well as forming a perimeter in the air around the cemetery and funeral venues.
There were rumors circulating for awhile that Jackson’s body was going to be cremated however that does not seem to be the case.

Laura Linney To Star In Showtime’s C-Word
Laura Linney is taking on an offbeat role as a cancer-stricken woman in a new television series on cable network Showtime.
Linney, who was nominated for Oscar for her role in “The Savages“, will also executive produce in the program, titled “The C Word“, which is a half-hour comedy show, said Showtime. An air date has not yet been set.
That itself is enough to probably stir up some controversy. Not that the focus will be on cancer, but the show is supposed to be a comedy. Playing a housewife and mother, Laura Linney’s character will explore the ups and downs of this very situation she finds herself in.
“I am very excited to tackle such potentially rich, funny and complicated material,” Linney said in a statement.

Lindsay Lohan’s L.A. Home Burgled For Second Time In Three Months
Police were called to investigate a burglary in Lindsay Lohan’s Los Angeles home for the second time in three months.
Norma Eisenman, Los Angeles police officer, says that the possible break was reported to police on early Sunday.
Lohan says that police are determining whether any property was missing from the home.
According to an officer at L.A. Police Department’s Hollywood station, no one was home during the burglary, which Lohan discovered after the fact. He gave no other details except to say that no arrests had been made.
It was reported that the Mean Girls star, 23, arrived home at about 3am to find some of her things gone, and she then called Michael Lohan, her father, who called the local authorities.

Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, daughter of Angelina and Brad Pitt, has already caught the acting bug and even Angelina and Brad are encouraging her.
Brad and Angie were skeptical when Shiloh first started telling friends and family, ‘I want to do what mommy and daddy do.’ But they made a vow a while ago that they’d let each one of their six kids pursue their dreams and would encourage them to follow their passions.”
Shiloh’s first debut was in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, with her dad Brad Pitt and now both Angie and Brad want Shiloh to work only in their projects. They are even considering to enroll her into a performing arts school.

Bradley cooper is said to have interest in romantic future with Renee Zellweger and Jennifer Aniston is quite unhappy with the decision, reports US magazine.
According to the reports, the former friend star who dated with Bradley cooper, feels slighted by her and Aniston feels rejected and upset after Bradley Cooper ditched her for Renee Zellweger.
“She wanted to turn her date with Cooper into something…she honestly feels screwed over,” a pal tells Us of Aniston. Aniston “doesn’t see what Renee has that she doesn’t,” continues the pal. But friends of Zellweger, currently starring in My One and Only, detail why Cooper fell for the “no drama” actress.
